**Fees:             Registration fee of 300 euro is in addition to fees below.

ICMC Positano:  Participant fee=1,500 euro.         Non-Participant fee=1,300 euro

ICMC Art Tour Italy:    550 euro for Participants or Non-Participants.
       (All others must pay an additional 100 euro registration fee.)

ICMC Shanghai 2009:   ICMC=1,000 euro.     Art Tour China 2009= 900 euro

Rules:

*  Deadline for ICMC Positano registration fee only is May 1, 2008
   A late fee of 50 euro will be charged after the deadline.  
   Please send e-mail notification when fees are posted.

   Deadline for all ICMC fees is June 1, 2008.  A late fee of 50 euro will be
   charged after the deadline.  Late registrations will be considered.

*  Registration fee is non-refundable.

*  All payments have to be made with bank certified checks in euro,
